Staff at a Letchworth flooring firm wore fancy dress on Friday as the company celebrated a decade of being ranked as one of the 100 best UK firms to work for.
Altro, based in Works Road, has now been on The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list for 10 years running.
And employees spent the afternoon enjoying a fancy-dress party, games and more – with all UK-based members of staff receiving a gift to mark the accolade.
Chief executive Richard Kahn said: “The events are a small way of celebrating being rated a ‘Best Company to Work for’ for an incredible 10th time, and of thanking everyone who works here for the positive feedback that led to it.”
The Sunday Times’ Best Companies list annually ranks Britain’s workforces, with more than 1,000 firms registered to take part.
Altro’s 350 UK staff were invited to take part in the Best Companies survey, which asked for their views about support from the company, training and development, opportunities for career growth and more.
Altro scored highly across the board, with particularly good ratings when employees were asked about their team, well-being, personal growth and managers.
