A seminar aimed at helping businesses to effectively manage their books is being held next month.

The seminar at BTC Business and Technology Centre in Stevenage on October 6 is suitable for bosses and bookkeepers who want to find out more about the benefits of using a computerised accounting system. The session will also focus on the new HMRC investigations and penalties for poor record keeping.

SAGE regional account manager Vanessa Watson will give an introduction to SAGE accounting software for those using either manual bookkeeping systems or accounting software and an insight the benefits of using the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts 2012, along with a look at Sage 50 Forecasting.
