A GROUP of ambitious students have won a prestigious business award.
The economic and business studies students from Knights Templar School in Baldock won the Young Enterprise Company of the Year award for the North Hertfordshire region and have qualified for the regional finals.
This is in addition to the school's glowing Ofsted report which gave an outstanding performance grade to the school.
The students set up the company GenCo, which produces a number of moneymaking projects including the manufacturing and distribution of a DVD and organising an all night basketball competition. The money raised by the initiatives went to the school.
