Hertfordshire’s biggest business membership group has recruited two new members and policy advisers.

The Hertfordshire branch of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has appointed Trevor Pugsley and Quintin Juckes, who will be responsible for recruiting members from Comet country and wider area.

The two men will eventually take over from Maree Atkinson, who has recruited more than 5,000 new members in 10 years. Her efforts have helped to make Hertfordshire FSB one of the largest branches in the UK.

Maree is taking on a new role with the FSB. She will continue coaching new people, supporting awards, and backing FSB branch and regional initiatives. She said: “Trevor and Quintin are great assets for the FSB with their in-depth knowledge of business. With the economy on the up and up, and companies looking to take on staff, they will be able to describe how the FSB can provide vital support.”
