A bus shelter has been destroyed by a blaze in Ickleford.
Herts Fire Service tweeted about the incident, stating that Hitchin firefighters had attended the scene.
The bus shelter is on the east side of the A600, Bedford Road.
It was well alight when the fire crew arrived.
One hose reel was used to extinguish it and the local authority has been contacted.
A police spokesman said: “We were informed of this incident by the fire brigade at 12.58am on Saturday, October 14.”
