An industrial unit was evacuated after a chemical leak this afternoon (Tuesday).

Emergency services were called to Flamingo House, on Cockerell Close in Stevenage, at 1.35pm following reports of an amonia leak.

The premises was evacuated and building ventilated before staff were allowed back inside. No-one was injured as a result of the incident.
