YOUNG cooks are being invited to serve up their very best offerings during the local heat of the Young Chef of the Year 2007.
Entrants are wanted for the event, to be held at the Hitchin site of North Hertfordshire College on January 27, and must prepare a healthy, well-balanced, two-course meal for two at a cost of no more than £10. Vouchers will be provided for the ingredients.
