TWO men have been arrested following a late night brawl in which they fell through a shop front window.
Police were called shortly before 2.30am on Sunday morning to the Clement Joscelyne furniture store on Bancroft, Hitchin after two men smashed through one of the large plate glass windows during a fight.
Store sales assistant, Nicola Rawlings, said: "There was blood and a right mess. We have had someone come through the window about three months ago. It's people on a Saturday night out getting drunk, as they do."
A 27-year-old from Hitchin and a 19-year-old from Luton were arrested and charged with criminal damage.
