A four year old boy suffered a head injury after being hit by a car in Clifton this afternoon.
The East of England Ambulance Service was alerted to the incident in New Road at 3.32. Paramedics from Letchworth GC and Shefford attended the scene.
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The boy received a head injury after he collided with a car. Paramedics stabilised him at the road side before he was taken to the Lister Hospital in Stevenage.
