A 14-year-old boy suffered a broken arm during a fight in Letchworth.

Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident which took place in Station Place at about 4.20pm on Monday.

Four teenage boys were involved in an argument during which it is believed the boy was assaulted.

Police officers intervened but the group ran off.

Investigating sgt Sammy Doak said: “The victim has suffered serious injuries to his arm and I am appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened to contact me.”
