Boro take on Barnet in Senior Cup

Stevenage hope to reclaim trophy they won in 2009

Stevenage take on Barnet tonight (Tuesday) in the final of the Herts Senior Cup at Underhill.

The match will give manager Graham Westley the opportunity to give a run-out to some of his fringe players who have not had much game team in League 2 in recent weeks, with Joe Welch, on loan from Histon, expected to start in goal.

Boro have won the trophy once in their history, in 2009 when they beat Cheshunt 2-1 in the final.

They met Barnet in the 1986 final with The Bees running out 4-0 victors.
