Stevenage in talks with Newport County midfielder
Stevenage are reportedly in talks to sign Newport County’s Jamie Collins.
The South Wales Argus reports that Collins is on non-contract terms with Newport and is in talks with Stevenage about a deal.
Caretaker boss Tim Harris is reported as saying: “I’ve looked Jamie in the eyes and told him we all would love him to stay here and help finish the job he’s started.
“We’ve got to have players who want to be here and hopefully Jamie is in that category. If he isn’t, then there is little we can do.”
