Boro have been handed an away tie at Chelmsford City in the fourth qualifying round of The FA Cup.

The tie is due to be played on October 24 (3pm kick-off) against City, who lost 2-1 to Graham Westley's side in a pre-season friendly thanks to goals from Charlie Griffin and Chris Beardsley in the summer.

Chelmsford secured their safe passage into the fourth qualifying round on Saturday by beating Dartford 4-1.

Boro will be looking to embark on a cup run to make up some of the shortfall left from Setanta's collapse with 12,500 going to teams that make it into the FA Cup first round proper.
