STEVENAGE Borough is to continue with its appeal against the Football Conference board's decision to expunge the record of Chester City despite Crawley Town's decision to withdraw from the appeal.
Crawley is the third club to have withdrawn from the original 10 who made the appeal but Boro chairman Phil Wallace said his club, which lost six points after its two wins against Chester earlier in the season were wiped out, will continue with the action.
"We're still one of the clubs appealing and the Conference has 21 days to respond to it," Mr Wallace said.
