The community of Biggleswade is set to come together again this month to help clean up the town.
Biggleswade Good Neighbours’ litter pick task force is to meet up at 9am on Saturday, November 18, at Biggleswade Fire Station.
Efforts this time will be focused on the roads leading off Chestnut Avenue, The Baulk and London Road.
Biggleswade Town Council provides all the equipment for the litter picks. Previous operations have been around Winston Crescent, Northfields and Potton Road.
A spokesman for the Good Neighbours said: “As well as helping keep our lovely town clean, these litter picks are a great way to meet new people and explore parts of Biggleswade you might not otherwise visit. It will also be a great way to meet Good Neighbours volunteers and find out what we’re all about – it’s a very rewarding team to be a part of.”
