With England facing Uruguay in the FIFA World Cup tonight (Thursday), one pub in Stevenage has been covered with St George’s Cross flags in a show of support.
The Twin Foxes in Rockingham Way has been described by Jacqueline Williams as the “best dressed pub for the World Cup”, with the building draped in flags ahead of England’s second group match which kicks off in Brazil at 8pm UK time.
