A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested after two police officers were assaulted in a park.
Two officers had stopped to speak to a teenager in Baldock’s Avenue Park at about 10pm on Wednesday when it is alleged he began kicking and punching them.
More than a dozen officers were called for back-up and the teenager, from Enfield, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault.
He is due to appear at Stevenage Youth Court on November 10.
