Baldock’s annual pancake race is flipping into action this morning.

The race will take place on the High Street, with pancake-flippers starting at 11am between Taste Cafe and The White Lion.

Organisers are looking for groups of four to enter at £20 per team – a relay format will be used with at least one flip of the pancake on each run.

Baldock Town Partnership director Fraser Valentine said: “Like last year we are looking forward to a great turn out from businesses in Baldock to come down and enter their teams for this year’s race.

“It’s looking like it’s going to be great fun with lots of interest from the people of Baldock.
