A MAN who admitted possessing Class B and C drugs has been ordered to pay £285.
Craig Raeside, who lives in Nightingale Way in Baldock, appeared before Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to possessing a large quantity of Class B drug cannabis and Class C drug Temazepam – which can be used to treat insomnia but is illegal to possess without a prescription.
The 37-year-old was stopped by police in Baldock on March 21.
Chairman of the bench Carolyn Marsh fined Raeside £180 for the offences and ordered him to pay a further £105 in court costs.
