French traders are set to add some spice to Baldock town centre next weekend with an international market.
The Baldock French Market and Friends will take place in the High Street and will feature a delicatessen stall, crêpes and cheese, as well as dishes from around the world.
Punters will also get to sample delights from other nations, such as Italian confectionery, Spanish paella, chicken fajitas, Turkish delights and cous cous.
The market will take place on Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2, from 9am until 5pm.
