A 63–YEAR–OLD grandfather is adjusting to life as a millionaire after discovering he scooped the EuroMillion raffle prize.

John Baxter from Clothall Common in Baldock couldn’t believe what he was hearing on Friday when he popped into his local corner shop, Basra Stores on Yeomanry Drive to check if he had won anything from his Tuesday night ticket.

Mr Baxter who is a father of three sons and a grandfather to nine grandchildren won in last Tuesday’s draw.
