A man believed to be in his early 20s was taken to Lister Hospital this morning after falling from his blue Yamaha WR125 in Avenue One, Letchworth GC.
The incident happened at 5.16am and police closed off the road for three hours.
East of England Ambulance Service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The man sustained injuries to his abdomen, chest and leg. Paramedics stabilised him before he was taken to an awaiting trauma team at Lister Hospital.
