ASDA evacuated in fire alert

A Stevenage superstore has been evacuated after a fire alarm went off.

Shoppers at the ASDA store on Monkswood Way were led to a muster point outside the building after an automatic fire alarm was triggered at 15.52.

Herts Fire Service is investigating. A spokesman said a Stevenage crew has yet to find any signs of fire.
