HITCHIN’S Dorothy Perkins will not close after all, after its parent group agreed a reprieve.
The Bancroft store was earmarked for closure, with staff receiving redundancy notices and a closure sign displayed in the window.
But Arcadia has now made a u-turn, telling staff they will get to keep their jobs.
