A 37-year-old woman from Stevenage has been missing for almost a week, and police have today appealed for the public’s help tracing her.

Lorraine Clarkson was last seen in the town on Wednesday last week, and police think she could be sleeping rough.

She is described as a white woman, of a stocky build and about 5ft 2in tall, with a fair complexion and straight shoulder-length light brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey top.

Anyone who sees Lorraine or knows where she is should call police right away on 101.
