Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault on a woman.
The incident occurred on Monday on Hitchin Road in Letchworth GC after a woman in her 40s was pulled from a car she was travelling in by the driver and assaulted. A female witness shouted at the offender who then left.
A 48-year-old man from Luton has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently on police bail.
