A witness appeal has been launched after a man asked a 14-year-old girl questions of a sexual nature in a Stevenage wood.
The man came up to the girl in Box Wood at 3.40pm on Friday, October 2, and began making inappropriate comments.
She was unharmed and continued home, where she contacted police.
Today Herts police are urging anyone who has seen a man behaving inappropriately or making inappropriate suggestions in this location or any other to contact them.
A 64-year-old man from Bishop’s Stortford was arrested on Sunday. October 4, in connection with the crime.
