A talented Ugandan children's choir paid a visit to Henlow C of E Academy enthralling pupils with their wonderful singing and dancing.

The orphans of Watoto Children’s Choir from Uganda, who tour the globe raising funds to help those who have been abandoned back in Africa, captivated more than 300 adults and kids at the school on Thursday.

Head Margaret Newman said: “It was absolutely amazing. Their choir has some tremendous dancers and singers. They are very lively. They also sold boxes of elephant bracelets and CDs which will go to helping orphans. Both sets of children benefitted from the experience.”
