Boro currently at training camp in Seville but back to face Millwall on Saturday
Dipo Akinyemi continued his blistering pre-season form with a goal for Stevenage in a mini tournament held in Seville.
The teenager, who scored twice recently at St Neots Town and was the club’s standout performer in last week’s 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest, netted alongside a Spanish trialist in a 2-1 win against Rotena in a 45-minute match in Spain.
In another game in the tournament against another local side, Boro drew 0-0 against Utrera.
Stevenage host Millwall this weekend at the Lamex Stadium.
