An air ambulance was dispatched to Hitchin where a man collapsed and died.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called at 12.22pm to Mattock Road, Hitchin, on Sunday to reports of a person who had collapsed.
The service dispatched two ambulances, two paramedic officers and the Herts Air Ambulance also attended.
On arrival the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
