Charlie Adams has returned to parent club Brentford after the completion of his loan spell with Stevenage.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder spent two months at the Lamex Stadium after joining Graham Westley’s squad in October.
He started six games and made 11 appearances in total for Boro.
Adams played 79 minutes of Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Exeter City before being substituted.
