SOME of the animals hopped to it and got into the Christmas spirit with students at Shuttleworth College near Biggleswade this week.
The wallabies got into a party mood when students made them their own Christmas trees from old tree branches that were not just decorated with tinsel and baubles but some tasty goodies - well for them anyway - like carrots, apples and other fruit.
"It was a way of doing something special for the wallabies who are very popular here," said animal centre manager Carl Groombridge.
