Gunnels Wood Road was closed earlier today (Friday, May 24) following a crash.
Hertfordshire police were called to the scene shortly after 10.30am, to reports of a road traffic collision involving a red Ford Galaxy. Only one vehicle was involved.
Officers from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit attended the scene, as did the air ambulance, the East of England Ambulance Service, and Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

A police statement on social media described the incident as "serious".
Officers implemented a road closure, which was lifted around 1.30pm.
