Proposals have been put together for a furniture workshop to be created on the site of a lottery fraudster's former home.
South Bend, Kings Langley, would be used by furniture company AR18 - currently based in Uxbridge - for a "state of the art" warehouse, workshops, assembly areas and offices.
A two-storey building would be set into the sloping landscape at the site, with a timber structure.
The roofs to the north and west would be covered with living vegetation, with a south roof covered with solar panels.
Around 40 staff are currently employed by AR18, jobs which would be relocated to Kings Langley if proposals are accepted.

In 2019, Putman was sentenced to nine years in prison for scamming Camelot out of a £2.5 million jackpot with a forged ticket.
