A 72-year-old man from Letchworth has completed 3,000 press-ups in April, to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Michael Lockwood racked up the press-ups in various locations across Letchworth, including Morrisons, Home Bargains, Garden House Hospice Care's charity shop.
He signed up to Cancer Research UK's challenge to complete 100 press-ups a day in April, and has completed the mission in half the time!
Michael, who is hoping to add to his fundraising total, said: "I will be continuing with the challenge at various locations until St George's Day."
