A CCTV appeal has been launched after a remote controlled car was stolen from a model shop in Baldock.

The incident happened between 3.45pm and 4pm on Monday, March 18, in Redfin Models on Whitehorse Street.

It is reported that the suspects entered the store, and while two of them distracted members of staff, another took a remote controlled car and quickly left the store without paying.

The other two then left the store where all three left the scene in a car.

"Our enquiries are continuing, and I am urging anyone with information to please contact police," said PC Luke Cummings.
