A van has been seized after it was spotted "creeping" around Hatfield earlier this week.
The Transit van, which was registered in Bulgaria, was seen "creeping around the streets of Hatfield" and "looking into garages" according to a spokesperson for the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit.
The driver, who is a UK resident, was not permitted to use foreign vehicles in the UK.

His vehicle was seized, and a report sent to the DVLA.
