A 17-year-old boy has been arrested outside Stevenage Indoor Market, after police received reports that a shop security guard had been threatened in the town.
The teenager was arrested this morning (March 19) by officers on patrol, with assistance from the Operation Scorpion team, who were in the area at the time.
He was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and is currently in police custody.
