Six self-build plots have gone up for sale in Stevenage.
The parcel of land off Gresley Way totals approximately 0.47 acres, and has outline planning permission approved for six self-build plots.
Permission was approved as part of the planning application for the erection of up to 618 homes, a primary and pre-school, an 80-bed care home, up to 50 assisted living homes, shops, community facilities and a travelling showpeople site.
This development, known as Hazel Park, is on a 93-acre site off Gresley Way.
