Hatfield Magistrates Court results – January 26 

James Goulden: 35, of Lynmouth Road, Welwyn Garden City. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend office appointments. Committed to prison for 7 days. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – January 30 

Michael Boylan: 34, of Holrod Crescent, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on June 4, 2021, by failing to attend an appointment and failed to keep in touch with his probation officer. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – January 31 

Charlotte Gautrey: 38, of Norfolk Road, Buntingford. On November 22 fraudulently used a car registration plate on A10, Hertford. Also drove the vehicle while over the drink drive limit, Gautrey had 143 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and disqualified from driving. Fined £921 plus ordered to pay victim services £114 and court costs £85. Community order made – alcohol treatment requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 59 months. 

Nerinder Gill: 52, of Park Street, Hitchin. On October 8 at Hitchin used threatening and abusive behaviour towards a police officer and damaged a police van. Fined £80 plus ordered to pay compensation £80. Community order made – alcohol treatment requirement. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – February 1 

Alfie Smith: 36, of High Street, Walkern. Between March 5 and 7 and between June 6 and 12 at Stevenage failed to comply with an abatement notice by allowing dogs to bark at a level which was intrusive and had unreasonable impact on neighbouring residents. Fined £400 plus ordered to pay victim services £160 and court costs £2,266.50. 

Karen Smith: 61, of High Street, Walkern. Between June 6 and 12 at Stevenage failed to comply with an abatement notice by allowing dogs to bark at a level which was intrusive and had unreasonable impact on neighbouring residents. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay victim services £120 and court costs £2,266.50. 

Paul Tanner: 47, of High Street, Walkern. Between March 5 and 7 and June 6 and 12 at Stevenage failed to comply with an abatement notice by allowing dogs to bark at a level which was intrusive and had an unreasonable impact on neighbouring residents. Fined £400 plus ordered to pay victim services £120 and court costs £2,266.50 

Selina Archer: 41, of Kimptons Close, Potters Bar. On April 19 drove a Porsche 911 on Hatfield Road, Potters Bar at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
