3. La Concha, Letchworth railway station - external works

A planning application has been submitted for external alterations to be made to La Concha at Letchworth railway station.

These include replacement awnings at the front, replacement doors at both the front and the back, a new copper backlit sign at the front, and additional external lighting.

4. The Bothy, Hexton - conversion

A planning application has been submitted to convert an existing outbuilding into a two-bedroom house.

This work would include the construction of a single story side extension following demolition of existing extensions.

5. 67 High Street, Whitwell - windows

A planning application has been submitted to replace several windows at 67 High Street in Whitwell.

The work would see three single-glazed windows at the rear of the building replaced with timber, double-glazed, flush casement windows.
