More than 300 people took part in a rally in Stevenage on Saturday, calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The demonstration from King George V Playing Fields to Town Square was held by the North Herts Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) group, in partnership with Stevenage and District Trades Union Congress and Stevenage Muslim Community Centre.
Martin Burke, chair of North Herts PSC, said: "We came out as a diverse community of all ages, faiths and none to show our opposition to the indiscriminate attacks on civilians which have claimed the lives of more than 13,000 Palestinians - two thirds of them women and children."
