The Stevenage Lytton Players are performing the "uproarious" murder mystery comedy Murdered to Death next week.
Written by playwright Peter Gordon and directed by Allie Neal, Murdered to Death is a whodunit where nothing is as it seems, and laughter is the best detective.
The play is written as a spoof of Agatha Christie and is set in a country manor house in the 1930s, introducing the inept and bumbling Inspector Pratt - who battles against the odds and his own incompetence to solve the murder of the house's owner.
Performances take place at Stevenage's Lytton Theatre at 7.45pm from Wednesday, November 22 to Saturday, November 25.
Tickets cost £12 for adults and £10 for concessions.

Director Allie loves murder mysteries and said she was "excited" to bring the production to life.

The Lytton Players have been entertaining audiences in Stevenage for 75 years, with a wide range of productions from classic plays to contemporary works.
