Staff at Highbury Lodge Day Nursery in Hitchin have celebrated their long service to generations of children.
At a special dinner, the long-serving staff - of 15 years or more - received cash rewards and an extra week's annual leave from Childbase Partnership - the employee-owned company that runs Highbury Lodge.

Alison Goodrum, who has worked at Highbury Lodge for 24 years, said: "Every child is unique, and we strive to ensure they have the best opportunities to learn and experience the world around them in a fun, rich and exciting environment."
Addressing her long-serving colleagues, Childbase Partnership's CEO, Emma Rooney, said: "You are role models, mentors and a source of inspiration and motivation to your colleagues company-wide. I am immensely proud to work alongside each and every one of you."
