The 2023 GP Patient Survey has revealed the best and worst surgeries in North Hertfordshire.

The survey asked residents for their views on their doctors' surgeries across a range of different areas.

The number of surveys completed varies from surgery to surgery, and does not represent every patient who is registered at any one centre.

Stevenage

In Stevenage, The Symonds Green Health Centre came out on top with a satisfaction rate of 90 per cent, closely followed by Shephall Health Centre with 84 per cent.

Knebworth and Marymead Practice had the worst rating at 54 per cent, with Stanmore Medical Group at 56 per cent.

Hitchin

With a host of surgeries in the 60s, Regal Chambers Surgery was rated as the best in Hitchin with 72 per cent.

Whitwell Surgery was the worst with 64 per cent, but just 8 per cent separated all the surgeries in the town.

Letchworth & Baldock

The Nevells Road Surgery was the best in Letchworth and Baldock with a 76 per cent satisfaction rating, with The Sollershott Surgery at 70 per cent not far behind.

The Garden Surgery was the worst rated at just 45 per cent.
