A new takeaway is preparing to open in Hitchin.
Zahra, which will sell North African and Middle Eastern Food, is set to welcome customers from early July onwards.
The business will be open for takeaway and delivery, and is based at 143 Nightingale Road.
Marvin, Zahra's owner, told the Comet: "We are a small, family-run takeaway serving North African and Middle Eastern food cooked in a healthy way using fresh ingredients".

Their varied menu will include specialty dishes such as cous cous, falafels, wraps, bourek and baklava, as well as favourites such as rotisserie chicken, burgers and salads.
Zahra's new unit was previously home to Masala, an Indian takeaway.
Zahra will be open from 3pm until 9.30pm Wednesday to Friday, and from midday until 9.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
