The family of a 16-year-old girl who died from a rare immune disorder are planning their third annual charity event in her memory.
Gracie Bonney, who was a pupil at Nobel School in Stevenage, died in December 2020 after being diagnosed with HLH - a rare condition which causes white blood cells to attack other organs.
Her mum, Amy, said: "Gracie showed incredible strength and bravery. Gracie was a lovely young lady, with a wonderful sense of humour and the most witty quick-witted attitude."
On July 14, Gracie's family will be holding a charity golf day at Chesfield Downs Golf and Country Club in Graveley in aid of Histio UK, which will include a raffle, auction and disco.

Amy said: "Any level of golfer regardless of age and skill level is welcome to join in the fun and games. Please get in touch by emailing foregracie@gmail.com.
She added: "HLH is a severe symptomatic inflammatory syndrome that can occur in people with no medical conditions.
"Histio UK is dedicated to helping patients and their families, as well as promoting and funding scientific research, with the goal of ensuring prompt diagnosis, effective treatment and a cure for all histiocytic illnesses."
