A person has been rescued from a first-floor flat fire in Lowestoft.
Emergency services, including police and ambulance, were called to Spexhall Way at 6.33pm today (May 26).
Three fire crews from North and South Lowestoft and a crew from Great Yarmouth attended the scene.
Upon arrival, the teams discovered the fire and got one person out of the flat, who is now in the care of the ambulance.
The fire has been extinguished using hose reel jets and everyone has been accounted for.
The road is currently blocked while the emergency services deal with the fire.
It is unknown if there have been any injuries sustained at this time.
