A man reportedly pulled down a child's trousers at the Dragon King restaurant in Letchworth.

The incident was reported to Herts police at around 8.20pm on Wednesday, May 17.

According to a spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary, "it is reported that a man pulled down the trousers of a child, and he apologised to the family".

Police officers subsequently spoke to the family of the child, who were unsupportive of police action.

Words of advice have been given to the man involved and no further action will be taken.
