A new health clinic has opened in Rickmansworth specialising in varicose vein and thread vein treatment.
Three Rivers councillor Debbie Morris opened Veincentre in Church Street earlier this week as her final act as chair.
Veincentre is led by Dr Andrew Wigham and Miss Nung Rudarakanchana, and has 30 clinics across the country.

Dr Wigham said he was "delighted" to open a clinic in Rickmansworth, as the specialist aims to make the treatment accessible to as many people as possible.
He added: "We are grateful to the Three Rivers Council chair for welcoming us to the town.
"It is not widely known but varicose veins affect 30% of the population.

"They cause both cosmetic and symptomatic distress to patients and if left untreated can result in venous ulcers and varicose eczema.”
